Ad hoc product design
We are able to receive specifications and design ad hoc products for final customers or third parties. Our experience has led us on many occasions to realize security devices for primary credit institutions and for important brands of the sector (e.g., BTicino ™).
Customization of existing products
Our anti-intrusion control panels have multiple modes of operation developed over the years to meet the specific needs of various customers. The same hardware can work in different modes obtaining low costs (avoiding dedicated hardware) and performances corresponding exactly to the needs of our clients.
Technical assistance with dedicated help desk
The after-sales product service, for clients who have taken training courses on our equipment, is available during office hours to support the installers in the field. The technical assistance service for systems under maintenance is active, with employees, all year round except for national holidays.
Risk analysis and design of systems in compliance with current regulations
Our experience in this field allows us to carry out a careful analysis of the intrusion risk in different realities. The constant updating of the resources assigned to this activity allows us to have an important and highly qualified consultancy service available (PB Elettronica has been sitting at the regulatory tables of the sector for decades).
